Cancellation Policy

You must cancel your reservation 72 hours prior to your arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit less a $50 processing fee. Any cancellations less than 72 hours are non-refundable. Special events have a 30 day cancellation policy. We do not accept cancellations via email/internet or due to weather.

Deposit Policy

A deposit equal to a one night stay plus tax and resort fee is required to confirm your reservation. Reservations of 7 days or longer require a $25 deposit. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Credit cards will be charged the deposit amount immediately after confirming reservation. Deposit is applied to the final nights stay.
Taxes

All rates are subject to 5.5% State Tax, 4% City Tax and 4% Resort Fee. Rates subject to change without notice.
Authorization

We will authorize your credit card at check-in for the full amount due. Guests are responsible for any damages and will be held financially liable. (This includes smoking)
Peak Season

We reserve the right to require a minimum stay during peak season. (This includes smoking)


Special Events

Special events will require a 2 night minimum stay. No coupons or discounts apply during this time.
Holiday Stays

Holidays may require a 3-night stay; each night calculated at weekend rates. No coupons or discounts apply during this time.
Weekly Rates

A reservation of seven or more nights receives one night free. (Free night taken on lowest rate in effect during reservation.)
Non-Smoking

All of our units are non-smoking units. A fee will be assessed for anyone smoking in a unit.
Handicap Accessible

Some units are handicap accessible. Please inquire at time of reservation.
